PrimeFlex is a business service offered to our clients. The group administers our clients’ Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA’s) and Premium Only Plans (POP’s).
As a PrimeFlex Client Service Representative, you will:
Process FSA/ HRA enrollments and terminations
Process FSA/HRA claims and flex debit card receipts
Take service calls from plan contacts and participants
This position requires:
a minimum of one year of customer service experience
strong math aptitude
demonstrated telephone and service skills
Previous experience with FSA/HRA administration is highly desirable; proven computer skills are required. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
