Act as a single point of contact between the local client (SMB) and the Company

Work with SMBs and Partners to gather needed information and requested files in a timely and efficient manner

Effectively communicate to SMBs what is required to develop and launch a quality StoreFront

Resolve all related problems and concerns of the SMB and Partner

Train SMBs on the use and management of the StoreFront backend, analytics and social media platform

Establish baselines for new SMBs before their StoreFront and SEO solution is integrated into the build

Provide ongoing customer support for each SMB related to your team

Maintain and build stronger relationships with our SMBs and Partners to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty

Effectively upgrade existing clients into the company's extended lines of products

Work to reduce costs and increase profitability by providing confidence-building communication to SMBs and upgraded solutions from the company's line of products

Meet and exceed defined targets for revenue and retention in relationship to new storefronts and 1st year renewals

Analyze performance in relationship goals and develop strategies to reach expected performance

Maintain and help define an industry leading customer experience

Drive improvements within the team and across departments to exceed the customers' expectations

Collaborate with key personnel within Channel Sales, Marketing and Product Development to increase revenue and improve the experience of existing and new accounts

Efficiently collect data from customers in all areas related to StoreFront, Fulfillment and product development

Arrive to work each day, appropriately attired, on time for scheduled shifts and possessing a positive attitude toward the work at hand

All other responsibilities as assigned

Desired Skills and Abilities:

Customer support experience

Basic sales technics and problem solving

Ability to navigate the internet

Ability to learn new operations and functions effectively

Ability to organize and prioritize responsibility

A working knowledge of Web Design, HTML/CSS and Photoshop

Position Description:
