We are currently hiring a

Client Service Representative

for our

Corporate Headquarters

located in

Kansas City, MO


This person will have the opportunity to assist customers, internal and external, to resolve inquiries/problems related to ACH, Wire Transfer and Lockbox items. Responsible for resolving customer inquiries by phone, fax or mail.

Telephone coverage demands 50 to 75 calls per day.

Responsible for resolving mutiple types of inquires on all three supported products, including research and resolution of issues.

Engaged in processing transactions involving movement of money between internal UMB accounts, or between UMB accounts and other financial institutions, ensuring they are processed accurately and timely.

Responsible for notifying management of potential fraud, system problems, compensation claims or reporting errors.

Provide assistance to leads or management to train or support other investigators with regard to above, ensuring compliance with documented procedures.

Responsible for processing work with no errors.

Provide support for other investigators as needed.

Responsible for making recommendations to update or review procedures.

What you'll need:
Must have a minimum of two years experience in financial operations industries.

Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Demonstrate high level of organizational skills, and be able to work under time constraints and deadlines.

Demonstrate problem solving skills and work independently.
