Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of Administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment Financial Industry experience preferred, but not required Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite Desire to obtain long-term employmentThis position requires that you possess the following skills: Strong organizational skills Savvy customer service to include excellent communication both verbal and written Strong follow-through Good-natured, positive attitude Ability to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality Responsibilities: Office Administration and Client Service Work: Assisting the Financial Advisor in managing the branch office to exceed client and regulatory expectations include: Answer phones greet clients in a friendly, positive and warm manner Prepare, complete and follow-up on all new business account paperwork Handle all client service work to completion (RMDs, withdrawals, beneficiary changes, etc.) Calendar management incoming appointment requests and rescheduling Maintain and organize a compliant and efficient filing system Utilize CRM to document service work/calendar/pending and upcoming steps Maintain weekly progress report on all business/service work Follow-up on pending service work and call clients with updates Record notes from client conversations Assist with seminars, workshops and/or client appreciation events as needed Other industry-specific tasks as needed Presented by Meek Rainey Group, LLCThank you for your interest in this role.
