The Client Service function is responsible for client satisfaction globally, across all product lines. The Client Service team is responsible for developing operational relationships with clients and to minimize potential barriers to new business. The Client Service organization engages all levels of management internally and externally in developing operational efficiency to advance the firm to firm relationship. The Client Service team will work with management to ensure quality delivery of products and services on behalf Corporate and Investment Banking globally.

Manage potential risk and exposure with regarding to client statements and valuation preparation
Advocate for client while upholding Bank policy and Industry regulation

Develop Firm to Firm relationship across product disciplines and functions
Help Clients navigate the Bank
Single Point of Contact; escalation point for operational issues
Generate client valuation statements for multiple business lines
Create reporting configurations to effectively deliver client data
College degree in Finance, Business or Mathematics; post-graduate degree in Business or Finance is plus
1 – 3 years of related industry (capital markets) experience
Exposure to derivatives products a plus.
Securities industry related licenses (series 7 or 63 a plus but not required)
