We are seeking a Client Services Eligibility Specialist to join our Kingman, AZ Outpatient team!

In this position you will be responsible for the eligibility process, application, verification and implementation of Healthe Arizona. Maintain and process clinical records. Providing effective customer service to both internal and external SBH customers. Will validate all client eligibility via AHCCCS, RHBA, insurance companies, etc. Generate reports as needed. Transmit electronic enrollment and demographic files as needed to RHBA and AHCCCS. Assist with the development and implementation of Healthe Arizona pgoram. Assist enrolled and non-enrolled consumers to apply for AHCCCS and additional benefits that they qualify for. Maintain client charts, scanning, and record proessing within the HMS system. Complete screening and referrals. Cover and/or assist with front office responsibilities. Must be able to work independently, prioritizes tasks and fields multiple tasks in an efficient manner. Other job duties as assigned.

Requires HS Diploma/GED with 1 year of related experience; Associates degree preferred. Must be required to type minimum 25-35 wpm. Knowledge of general healthcare systems. Ability to understand and implement multiple contractual funding sources. Knowledge of behavioral health care practices, HIPPA, and regulations and laws.
