As we continue to rapidly expand at our Madison Ave Office, we are hiring a Client Services Executive to help service our Pro Account clients and support our Account Directors in delivering an industry-leading level of service to our Enterprise client base. In this role, you will: Become an expert in configuring and using the Brandwatch tool Onboard and service Pro Account Clients Provide phone and email help to help clients solve problems, and get the best results from Brandwatch Communicate product and service updates to our client base Assist Account Directors in day to day duties Manage CRM records for client accounts and opportunities You will have: Excellent organisation skills An ability to learn quickly that would make an Android envious Experience of a fast paced working environment The ability to multi-task and troubleshoot under pressure Ability to be astute, intelligent and insightful Excellent account management and relationship building skills Minimum 6 months working within the digital marketing industry Exposure to, and understanding of, social media monitoring tools Experience of using social media/networks A basic understanding of SEO, email, engagement management and social media Desire to learn, driven by a pro-active approach to your work schedule Ability to work autonomously Excellent writing skills and attention to detail Passion for the internet Strong computer and desktop skills Sense of humour Ideal Experience of working with or for a social media monitoring provider Demonstrable knowledge of marketing principles and best practice Familiarity with Boolean logic Experience working with CRM and/or ticketing systems Salary: Dependent on experience Perks Great Benefits package Company bonus scheme No Agency applications please
