The Client Services Manager works as a liaison between RuffaloCODY clients and internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.


Reports to: Senior Client Services Manager

Supervises: N/A

  • Set up calling programs
  • Coordinate procedures and schedules between internal departments, on-site management, and senior operations management
  • Provide effective follow up and follow through regarding individual and team performance
  • Provide thorough and knowledgeable guidance to clients regarding their program
  • Track clients budget
  • Create invoices for clients
  • Minimal travel
  • Build and motivate teams around department and company goals
  • Reduce issues to core elements; develop solutions using problem solving/analytical skills
QUALIFICATIONS : Education, Licenses/Certifications and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Exceptional task management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to interact and manage the needs of various client personalities
  • Infrequent, light physical effort required
  • Must be able to work in an environment where the noise level is moderate
  • Two years client relations or project management experience
  • Two years fundraising experience
  • Understanding of higher education/institutional advancement culture
  • Familiarity with direct mail, mail room/house
