We currently have the need for a Client Services Representative for our San Francisco office. In this role you will provide operation, function, navigation and technical support to LoopNet users as well as identify, analyze and offer solutions to user problems with regards to the products and services LoopNet offers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting those problems via telephone and email.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2+ years customer service experience, contact center environment or client supporting role
  • Experience with basic administrative functions of Salesforce.com a plus
  • Prior experience in a client supporting role dealing with upset clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical
  • Detail oriented and excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced high call volume environment
  • Proficient with Internet and MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
