The purpose of the Client Services Representative is to provide excellent customer service, in a call center setting, to TrinCARE clients and Trinity Clinic personnel regarding lab testing. The CSR answers questions such as speciment requirements, sends results, reserarches problems/complaints, dispatches courtiers for STAT testing; and also makes outbound calls to obtain additional information on testing, results, or turn around time. Responsibilities also include handling escalated calls, troubleshooting, and working closely with the supervisor to undertand processes.
Must have at least a high school degree, and must have some college, phlebotomy , or MT training. The preferred candidate should have at least 2-3 years in a customer service/call center environment in a healthcare and/or reference lab setting. Must have high level of professionalism, and excellent communication and computer skills.
