This position is a Client Services Specialist role with a company that offers pre-screening services for their clients. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that procedures and being followed properly and for answering questions from clients. We are looking for professional, well-spoken, motivated, and driven individuals looking to take their careers to the next level within a growing organization.


Processes employment and education verifications

Enter, copy and paste, and edit data on a computer

Answer client questions regarding reports and status


Bachelors preferred but not necessary

1-3 years office experience

45 WPM

Team player, detail-oriented

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of Microsoft Office
