The Client Solutions Engineer is responsible for the following:
Owning the technical and usability/UI/UX aspects of our client relationships.
Designing, executing, and supporting solutions for integrating our SaaS, advertising, and future products with our clients’ retail websites.
Providing excellent service to our clients through timely execution, articulate communications, and creative thinking.
In start-up fashion, expanding beyond your defined role to help where you’re needed.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, foreign equivalent, or equivalent front-end web development experience
Strong ability for client facing consultative and communication skills
Familiarity with browser compatibility troubleshooting
Familiarity with website performance testing and tuning
Ability to work effectively within a matrix managed project structure to collaborate cross-functionally and produce quality deliverables
Ability to multi-task, prioritize issues/escalations, and manage many projects simultaneously
Ability to work with a diverse customer base
Willingness to travel as required (10%)
Nice to Have:
SaaS and/or eCommerce experience
Additional technical skills:
Server side web (php, .net, jsp…)
Expertise with web usability/UI/UX principles, including the design and implementation of user experience best practices in eCommerce. Photoshop and/or other photo editing software skills are a plus.
Sales engineering/consulting experience
Technical project management experience
Experience servicing client relationships following contract execution – from initial product integration to ongoing technical support
Technical lead experience
