Position: Client Solutions Executive
Location: Southeast US area
Department: Solutions
Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm

An MVR screening will be required for all driver/courier positions. An individual will not qualify for this position unless they have a clean driving record. GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB :
Responsible for growing existing client revenues, targeting and winning new client revenues and establishing new partnerships that create incremental revenue opportunities and manage client relationships at the executive level.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Establishes and executes sales forecasts and plans that are aligned with and support Solutions' goals and SLAs. Establishes and implements sales strategies with clear priorities, responsibilities and outcomes to ensure desired results (i.e. Client retention, increased revenue, enhanced client/market penetration, KPIs, increased efficiency, profitability, and continuous improvement, etc).
Manages the full range of company solutions for existing and an assigned set of named and geographically or industry aligned customers/prospects.

Maintains executive relationships with clients and maintains accountability for the client relationship.

Actively seeks out and acquires new customers each quarter. Builds and maintains a healthy pipeline to achieve and/or exceed sales goals.

Executes on sales initiatives to drive sales strategy.

Proactively communicates sales forecasts, account plans, opportunity plans and overall account strategies upward to management and executive sponsors as appropriate.

Achieves quarterly sales revenue and growth targets. Ensures the on-time implementation of sales quotes and performance.

Drives the negotiation of contracts forward while collaborating with other company management and staff as necessary.

Models the Company's values of Client First, Accountability, and Over Communicate.

  • Uses metrics and tools to monitor own performance. Collects and seeks ways to analyze and use data to meet defined goals, reduce costs, and improve operating efficiencies.
  • Maintains information systems and records in accordance with established requirements. Develops and monitors compliance with record retention requirements.
  • Prepares communications, documents, reports, and presentations to support departmental operations (e.g. desk procedures, proposals, presentations, client communications, management reports, etc.).
  • Completes special projects by clarifying project objectives; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing strategies/actions for task completion; and fulfilling required actions.
  • Remains current with client business needs, industry supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Maintains technical knowledge in industry by attending educational workshops and tradeshows; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:
  • 5 -7 years experience related experience.
  • Prior experience working within similar industries preferred.
  • Must be able to u se technology, tools, and use metrics to analyze issues and trends.
Experience working in a fast paced environment while managing competing demands.

  • Should be able to work well with employees and management at all levels within the company as well as with outside parties.
  • Must have a strong business acumen balanced with a strategic and operational orientation (i.e. hands on, roll up the sleeves approach with a strong sense of urgency; able to link short and long term visions to daily activities).
