Post by Jobing - Location: Tempe, AZ OBJECTIVES OF POSITION Serve as a point of contact for clients related to loan level issues and/or resolutions according to agreed upon strategies, servicing protocols and delegated authorities. This includes data requests and questions which must be responded to accurately, effectively, timely and consistently through internal Client Management department research and analysis. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES Field and track all client inquiries through completion and provide root cause analysis, providing appropriate communications to key internal constituencies such as Servicing, Treasury, Compliance, Training and Policy and Procedures. Typical inquiries may range from account level questions on loans in established portfolios from external clients to servicing protocol clarification questions from internal clients.

Participate in meetings reviewing actual results as compared to forecast and review task list of outstanding action items Shared relationship responsibility with the Portfolio Manager for client's Surveillance Companies which monitor loan performance. Prepare formal response to recommendations, observations and inquiries. Meet on a regular basis to review outstanding action items. Manage Client WebPortal (Portfolio Management site) including maintaining passwords, granting access and providing training as required.

Collaborate with internal Systems Department on Portal enhancements based on client needs; assist with testing and implementation As necessary facilitate regularly scheduled meetings for client reporting or accounting to address account level questions or discrepancies from Green Tree surveillance reporting or the Client WebPortal Maintain and leverage strong working relationships with key internal and external parties. Promote Green Tree's business practices and strategies, products and risk management capabilities to these external parties. May participate in due diligence activities for loan portfolio acquisitions and internal securitizations or financing. Work with prior servicing companies during pre and post conversion phase SELECTION CRITERIA 3 – 5 years management experience in Residential Mortgage Servicing in collections and default servicing and/or servicer surveillance/oversight, acquisitions or analytics experience.
