Client Support Representative needed to work in a customer service oriented position encompassing four projects: Summer Food Services Program, Child and Adult Care Food Program, The Emergency Food Assistance Program and Dollar Energy. Time is divided among all four programs with year round planning and coordinating done for all programs, but each takes priority during the program months. Additional responsibilities include:

*Preparing for the start of each program ensuring all information is correct, including revising program information from previous years, sending out memos and creating contact phone lists.

*Organizing office space for each project.

*Performing support activities, including project data entry, database management, filing and document scanning.

*Updating and organizing computer and manual filing systems for each project.

*Training seasonal temporary staff.

*Visiting, monitoring and providing technical assistance to Food Program sites on a regular basis to ensure compliance with project requirements; disseminating information to the community to seek out new sites for the Food Programs; collecting, tracking and entering meal records and delivery tickets into computer for all Food Program sites; submitting orders to Food Service Vendor daily; taking calls from Site personnel and addressing any problems or scheduling issues.

*Processing applications for Dollar Energy program; entering applicant data into computer.

*Visiting, monitoring and providing technical assistance to the Emergency Food Assistance Program funded sites.

* Attending all required training, meetings and workshops related to project implementation.

*Preparing for the Administrative Review for each program.

High School education or equivalent, plus previous experience working with the public in a customer service setting along, with data entry and basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel and Access). Effective communication skills in dealing with a diverse group of people, attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills are important. Position requires a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle in order to travel to various sites throughout the County.
