ONOSYS, a Livingsocial Company, is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Operations team, to help maintain and grow a strong client base. The position ofClient Support Specialists is an accelerated training program for upward movement into our Account Management team. This entry level position starts with tasks as a Menu Engineer, growing your understanding and proficiency within the ONOSYS system, while responding to phone and email inquiries and general office tasks. As you prove yourself to the team, they will continue to train and challenge you with additional tasks until you’re ready to move into the Account Management role, with potential chance for even further growth.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated individuals, who love working with a passionate/competitive team, creating strong relationships with clients, working with brand new software, thinking creatively to solve problems, and continually improving company processes and culture. You must have previous experience learning on your own, as well as accessing knowledge from others, an ability to thrive in unknown territory, and a desire to contribute.

Job Requirements

0-3 years client facing experience (retail, client support, or customer service)

Strong organizational skills

General web skills

Excellent communication skills

Confident in critical thinking capabilities

Comfortable with managing multiple expectationsacross team members.

Undergraduate Degree

Menu Engineer Tasks

Become proficient in the ONOSYS Software

First line of contact to phone calls and support emails

Performing basic admin updates to location and menu information in the system

Demonstrate to the team when you’re ready to learn more and further your path at ONOSYS

General office support tasks – anything from making coffee, to carving Turkey at Thanksgiving, to keeping score during office Skeeball Tournaments

Account Manager Tasks

Create, maintain, and grow relationships with your clients

Respond to inquiries from individual restaurants and corporate team (menu updates, price changes, store information updates) in a timely manner

Provide a flawless ONOSYS experience by ensuring every client’s online ordering system meets their needs and expectations

Support Senior Management on various client and internal projects

Be an active foundation for the entire Operations team
