Job Description:
Provide technical support and training to our clients by phone and email. Deliver a high quality of customer focused service. Display a high level of professionalism while interacting with new and current customers. Teach, learn and grow with team members of the organization. Client Support Specialist will utilize effective and efficient communication techniques to guide customers through simple and complex technical issues as well as manage small to medium size projects with little supervision.

Responsibilities:
Welcome new client members and set-up client accounts on our website
Effectively communicate with customers by phone and email
Schedule and conduct online training sessions and follow-up with non-attendees
Perform troubleshooting regarding website issues
Escalate client issues via proper tracking and project management software
Update contractor information in our database to maintain high integrity of data

Qualifications:
3 years customer support experience in a professional office environment
Ambition and desire to provide exceptional customer service
Ability to work individually and within a fast-paced team environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outgoing and personable
Comfortable with technology
Experience providing technical support for a web-based application is highly desired
Experience with the construction industry a plus
