General Nature of Duties: Under broad supervision, plans, manages, coordinates and monitors the clinical and administrative functions of a county health department. Supervises personnel in such areas as provider standards, fees, forms, specialist panels, customer services and policy. Counsels, evaluates and recommends courses of action to other management and division staff regarding customer issues and legal concerns. Provides technical assistance to staff and communities on special health care projects.

Qualifications:
Minimum Training and Experience: Current Georgia license to practice as a registered professional nurse AND Two or more years of experience in a managerial, supervisory or leadership role. Preferred Qualifications: BSN Degree or higher level of education, Clinical Care experience in a community health care setting, two or more years of supervisory experience in a health care setting.
