Provides direct and comprehensive telephone support for RxAlly customers with regard to prescription related logistical and availability issues and concerns in support of the MTM Clinical Care Center. Ensures that each customer has a positive service experience with RxAlly. Delivers prepared scripting describing RxAlly services in order to persuade customers to participate in program benefits.

Required Skills and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor¬ís degree preferred
  • Certification through the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
  • Minimum of 1 year of general experience in the medical field
  • Knowledge of pharmacy and call center processes and procedures
  • Ability to clearly articulate RxAlly information and program details to customers
  • Previous CPhT experience in a retail setting preferred
  • Experience working in a high volume, call center environment with a focus on service delivery excellence
  • Experience interacting with patients
  • Experience working in a retail pharmacy or medical practice preferred
  • Strong command of the English language, including the ability to clearly articulate program details to customers over the telephone
  • Spanish language fluency strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working in databases
