Clinical Assistant Professor - Program of Dental Hygiene

Position: This is a 9-month full-time non-tenure track clinical teaching position in the Program of Dental Hygiene beginning Fall 2014.
Salary: A competitive salary is offered.
Responsibilities: Primary responsibility includes direct supervision and evaluation of students in the clinical and/or laboratory settings. Other responsibilities include providing support for clinical and didactic activities.
Qualifications: Candidates must hold current dental hygiene licensure in Kentucky. Must possess a minimum of a master's degree in a health-related field. Clinical experience is required. Applicants with clinical supervisory experience may find this position to be of particular interest.
The University: Western Kentucky University (WKU) is located in Bowling Green, KY with a population of over 50,000. Western Kentucky University is a teaching and research institution with over 20,000 students, one-third of whom are graduate students. WKU is conveniently located just 50 miles from the metro Nashville, TN area.
