We have an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced Clinical Compliance RN (Registered Nurse) to join our team.
This NEW position will support Trilogy’s health campuses in ensuring they meet state, federal and regulatory compliance while also meeting Trilogy’s operating standards. As a company with high expectations that is always striving to improve, we need a self-driven, dedicated and highly engaged individual to fill this position.
In your role as Clinical Compliance Support, you would direct education efforts related to compliance programs designed to promote understanding of compliance issues, laws, regulations and consequences of non-compliance; conduct clinical compliance audits at health care campuses; support the company’s confidential reporting and investigation response; and provide written and oral reports.
As a Clinical Compliance RN you will also have the following job duties and responsibilities.
Investigate issues pertaining to matters of clinical non-compliance.
Educate staff on clinical programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs on an on-going basis.
Collaborate with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, MDS Coordinators, and other personnel as needed to ensure high quality health care service delivery.
Monitor and enforce compliance related policies and procedures by conducting compliance audits.
Participate in pre and post-survey preparedness review.
Ensure clinical compliance risk assessments are conducted and monitor execution of clinical standards.
Communicate noncompliance through appropriate channels and monitor corrective actions.
Ensure a process for employees to understand the clinical compliance aspects of their job responsibilities.
Maintain knowledge of current regulatory changes and interpretation of laws.
Ensure maintenance of standards, policies, and procedures to address regulatory requirements.
Promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Our successful candidate will be an RN with three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment with experience in Medicare and Medicaid services.
Our position requires two (2) years’ experience in a multi-facility environment.
Our successful candidate will possess exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
The position is home based with occasional overnight travel.
Responsibility includes clinical compliance for the Northern region of Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.
