Clinical Data Management Systems Manager's primarly responsiblity is to manage and evaluate the Clinical Data Management Systems (CDMS) group

Key responsibilities:
In conjunction with the Director of CDM, participate in the selection process and implementation of new CDMS and tools

Provide support to the CDMS group when assistance is needed in dealing with issues with internal and external clients

Provide support for the management of budgets, resources, and project deliverables

Champion the use and application of Accenture's SOPs and Guidelines

Allocate resources based on individual skills, competencies, and availability

Participate in process improvements

Involvement in the development of training programs

Work with Director of CDM to develop and defend proposals for future business

Manage multiple tasks across multiple projects


Basic Qualifications

Minimum BA or BS in life sciences, nursing, computer science, or the equivalent 10 years data management experience

Minimum 10 years of data management experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environment

Minimum of 5 years of experience with database set up technology

Preferred Qualifications

Effective communication skills, both oral and written

Ability to identify and communicate CDMS workflow processes that would improve our products and our productivity

Self-directed with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail

Working knowledge of GCP, ICH, and other applicable regulations

Ability to give presentations and training sessions

Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams and work effectively using web-meetings & teleconferences

Knowledge of quality assurance processes in a FDA regulated software development environment.

Competent in the use of MS Office.

Demonstrated attention to detail
