This position will serve as the top business administrator for assigned clinical department(s); manages the business administration activities and operations.
Master's degree; Certified Public Accountant (CPA); Eight (8) plus years direct experience managing the business administration activities of a clinical department at a medical school.

Standard administrative office environment and exposure. The majority of work required by this position will be at a desk/computer work station; however, up to 30% of the essential functions of this position will involve mobility (being able to move from one floor of campus building to another; being able to move from one building to another for meetings, etc.).

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, or closely related field.
Five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in business administration activities such as accounting, budgeting, finance, grants and contracts, billing, IT operations, human resources, etc.
At least two (2) years of the required experience must be in a lead/supervisory/managerial role within a healthcare organization.
