Plans, delivers and directs the nutritional care of patients in accordance with the physicians' diagnoses and requirements of regulatory agencies. Functions as a member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate patient's nutritional care plans. Maintains continuing education, knowledge and skills as appropriate for patients of any age, including neonate, adolescent and geriatric patients plus the terminally ill patient. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition or related field required.
Registration by the American dietetics Association required. Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in oncology. Minimum 1-2 years of outpatient experience.
