Provides ongoing daily clinical and administrative leadership and oversight. Directs clinical staff in the delivery of treatment and support services including counseling, case management, peer and family support, and member advocacy. Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations. Works to identify and coordinate new and existing service opportunities. Works to ensure a strong collaborative relationship with RBHA personnel, stakeholders, and other system partners. Responsible for the supervision and training of direct reporting staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Master’s degree in behavioral health related field plus (5) five years of experience in a behavioral/managed care health setting which must include (10) five years of progressive clinical and administrative supervisory experience. Must have clinical experience working with adults, children/families and persons transitioning out of prison, jail, or community housing. Must have experience in overseeing an outpatient office including both clinically and administratively, including OBHL licensure and grants management. Must have a valid behavioral health license through the State of Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or other credentials acceptable as a Behavioral Health Professional. Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license.
