POSITION SUMMARY : Supervises Medical Education Department and Staff: Supervise and evaluate daily operations of the Medical Education department including the rotation process of medical students, CME compliance, job performance of the Secretary for Medical Education, Secretary of Student Affairs and any Volunteers. Assists the Director of Medical Education with CME compliance and communications throughout the hospital.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED : Bachelor's Degree

PREFERED EDUCATION : Bachelor's Degree preferred in B usiness, Education or Healthcare field

OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED : Accounting and delegation skills. Effective use of computers, experience with Windows based programs. Writing processes as needed to maintain a smooth and consistent workflow. General understanding of the EMMC contract process and follow through with many schools. Team-work and job-sharing flexibility necessary. Demonstrated leadership important.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT : Clean, well-lighted, typical office atmosphere. Frequent interruptions for phone calls and drop in students.
