The Centralized Clinical Nurse Specialist is an office-based, telephonic position responsible for:
· Assessing wound progression for patients on V.A.C. ® Therapy
· Identifying new patients and facilitating V.A.C. therapy initiation with designated Post Acute Clinical Providers
