In the absence of administration and department managers, individual is responsible for: indirect supervision of employees within each department for a designated shift; the allocation of human and physical resources throughout the building; assuring continuity of nursing activities for the nursing division for specified shifts. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Baccalaureate degree preferred. 3-5 years clinical experience in Medical/Surgical nursing.
