Summary of Duties
The Clinical Nutritional Manager is responsible for directing, monitoring, and assuring that quality nutritional care is provided to all patients, including tray delivery, screening, assessment, reassessment and patient & family education in both the inpatient and outpatient setting for patients from a range of multicultural & educational backgrounds as well as throughout the lifecycle.
Qualifications & Requirements
Masters Degree in Nutrition or relevant field preferred
Two years experience as Clinical Dietitian.
1 year supervisory experience in addition to Clinical experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written)
Ability to lead self and others
Works well with others in a team-orientated environment, including support of other co-workers’ job duties in a manner that further advances the goals and objectives of the whole organization
Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
Ability to handle stressful situations and respond appropriately
Ability to interpret policies and procedures, make generalizations, evaluations or decisions based on sensory, judgmental, measurable or verifiable criteria
