In this position, the Clinical Process Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership, clinical expertise and functional direction to team members in order to ensure the continuity of patient services from the pre-hospital arena, emergency department, operating room, ICU, PICU, Acute care nursing units, and Rehab.
Current RN licensure in State of Illinois, current BLS, minimum of three years critical care, previous clinical program coordinator experience, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment, experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft Office suite, as well as the ability to applications to the position. Demonstrates competence in interaction with all ages of individuals from neonates to geriatrics. Age specific competency is measured by a variety of methods, which may include, but not be limited to, self-learning packets, review of age specific guidelines, direct observation, video, simulation, unit-based class, policies and procedures, or chart review.
