The Clinical Project Coordinator provides administrative support to one or more Clinical Project Managers on all aspects of a study. The Clinical Project Coordinator conducts assigned tasks according to Synarcs standard operating procedures.
Contributes to the creation, communication, and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
Creates meeting agendas and minutes that include action items.
Substitutes for the Clinical Project Manager as needed to facilitate meetings.
Tracks progress of audit action items to completion.
Prepares internal and external project reports.
Sets up and maintains the Study Binder for each assigned project.
Provides other administrative support as required.
Participates in initiatives to improve processes.
B.S. in science, medical, or health-related field.
2 or more years of project support experience.
Strong communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Proficiency with MS Office applications.
