By assisting the Clinical Research Operations Manager and Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC) with research studies, you will be responsible for backing-up CRC’s with existing studies, along with assisting with the start-up of new studies and promoting the positive growth of research within the company while aggressively pursuing maximum enrollment in active studies.
1. Key skills for this position include the ability to provide basic patient care including the use of medical terminology, understanding basic lab values, vital sign assessment, phlebotomy and medication administration under the direction of the PI.
2. Organizational expertise, attention to detail, excellent communication, self-motivation and the ability to work independently and successfully as part of a team are essential. Though clinical research experience is not required for this position, it is preferred. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Position is full time, entry level and will be on contract basis. Future growth opportunities within our Research team exist, as we will be training the right person to grow to the position of Clinical Research Coordinator.
