The Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) is currently in search of a professional, articulate and well-educated applicant to fill the new role of Clinical Research Training & Development Specialist. This position reports directly to the Director of Professional Development. Successful candidates must enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced, multi-priority, deadline-driven operation and possess the following skills:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In collaboration with other global ACRP team members and the volunteers of the Professional Development Committee (PDC), the Clinical Research Training and Development Specialist assists the Director of Professional Development in the analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of clinical research professional development offerings for global audiences. He/she ensures compliance with globally respected professional standards and ACRP procedures to maintain consistency and quality for ACRP members and clinical research professionals. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Assists in the creation of the Professional Development (PD) needs assessment tools for Clinical Research (CR) offerings.
Assists in the creation of professional development plans and career ladders for clinical research professionals (CRAs, CRCs and PIs initially) worldwide.
Assists in the search for high quality CR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide the content for PD offerings.
Serves as in-office clinical research resource for the development of future professional development courses both in the Unites States and globally.
Assist in the development and delivery of general ACRP and specific on demand development programs for clinical research institutes or organizations.
Ensures compliance with accreditation policies (i.e. ACCME and CBRN).
Collaborates with the marketing program to communicate and market the ACRP PD offerings in line with the customer’s needs.
Collaborates with the membership, global conference, and certification programs to ensure consistency and to improve the value of offerings across all ACRP programs.
