In this position, you will assist in the sales process through product demonstrations and customer interactions to achieve regional and corporate sales/marketing goals. You will provide ongoing customer support through product installations, upgrades, phone support and training programs, maintain knowledge of current trends in ultrasound to support customers as capabilities of products are developed and released, and support company goals in all interactions with customers and employees. You will represent Toshiba American Medical Systems in a professional manner at all times.
Typically requires an Associates degree, minimum of two years of clinical experience as a sonographer.
Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates a basic knowledge of computer skills.
Demonstrates willingness to travel extensively to support company goals.
This job requires extensive travel which may entail frequent or extended overnight travel. Although some portion of the weekly working time may be spent in the company’s office or the employee’s home office, the majority of the essential responsibilities will be performed at customer sites.
This job requires the loading and unloading of portable ultrasound systems from a van utilizing a lift gate, with the ability to occasionally lift and carry components or supply containers weighing up to 50 lbs. Also requires the ability to maneuver this equipment into and out of customer locations under a variety of environmental conditions. These circumstances may expose the job incumbent to a higher than normal risk for minor cuts, bruises or sprains.
