The Clinical Specialist is responsible for creating and coordinating the processes and practices to support the strategic goals for clinical quality improvement in the hospital division. The Clinical Specialist will seek to embed evidenced-based best practice in the area of clinical quality, service and patient experience.
Job Qualifications: Experience:
3-5years clinical practice experience Labor, Delivery and Obstetrics; high risk OB preferred
Ability to work with multidisciplinary health professionals at all levels
Advanced interpersonal skills including facilitation, written, oral communication, and presentation skills
System approach to planning, problem solving, an decision making
Prior formal or informal leadership experience
Self-motivated, self-directed
Ability to manage in the midst of ambiguity
Education:
BSN required
Advanced Clinical Degree or Master's Degree in nursing or health related field required.
Licensure:
Valid WI RN license
