To implement a clinical/administrative talent management program dedicated to sourcing qualified candidates and staff while
achieving required staffing levels.
Works with hiring supervisors to develop and execute hiring plans, including identifying cost effective recruiting strategies, identifying
appropriate selection/screening tools, participating in the interviewing process and coordinating orientation/onboarding for new hire.
Conducts pre-employment testing, references and background checks
Develops and maintains professional relationships with educational placement offices as a source to generate qualified
Directs the efforts of employment agencies and search firms including negotiating and controlling employment related fees
Schedules and attends job/career fairs with appropriate staff as a source to generate qualified applicants
Maintains effective recruitment results through tracking tools and provides feedback regarding costs and resources to help hiring
supervisors make business decisions. Researches and analyzes hiring trends and practices.
Position will have the flexibility to telecommute a portion of the work week.
Minimum of three years staffing experience; superior communication skills and organization skills required.
