CBFS – North Shore
Eliot’s Adult Mental Health Division provides an integrated and comprehensive network of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities that promote consumer rights, responsibilities, rehabilitation, and recovery. We provide rehabilitative services that enable people to increase functioning in the living, working, and social environments of their choice.
The Clinical Supervisor is being sought to give clinical support to staff in providing client centered treatment planning to adults with mental illness in the North Shore based out of our Danvers office.
Teach and model clinical interventions
Utilize and teach strength based strategies
Complete intakes into CBFS services
Develop and implement groups
Supervise outreach staff and residential programming
Oversee the development of client centered treatment planning
Complete assessments in accordance with DMH Rehab Options guidelines
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field and must have a corresponding clinical license within the State of Massachusetts and have at least four years experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illnesses and at least two years supervisory experience. Candidates are required to have a MA. Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle.
