We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Systems Analyst to join our team.
Job Description for Clinical Analyst. The Enterprise Analyst is responsible for obtaining information technology and workflow requirements and then configuring the application software to reflect these requirements. Input is acquired from Ancillary/User Representatives, design teams/workgroups and other staff using an organized and well-defined process (which includes the use of data collection tools and workbooks). The data gathered is then used to define the configurable components of the Allscripts solution(s)/product(s) being implemented. Additionally, it is important that the Enterprise Analyst thoroughly understand his or her organizational/departmental workflow in order to facilitate the changes necessary to maximize workflow automation within the enterprise/department. Additional responsibilities performed in this role may include:
(a.) Determining and/or defining the configurable components of the new Allscripts solutions(s)/product(s)
(b.) Analyzing and/or assessing organizational/departmental/area workflow
(c.) Defining and documenting department/area end-user functional requirements
(d.) Assisting in the development of department/area policies and procedures
(e.) Facilitating screen design, including user-modifiable components
(f.) Collecting data for configuration and display
(g.) Coding/configuring tables and/or files
(h.) Analyzing report requirements
(i.) Reviewing standard product reports
(j.) Documenting all activities following established project/enterprise standards
(k.) Conducting a unit test of responsible area(s)
(l.) Assisting in Functional, Integrated, Mock Activation, and User Acceptance testing, as needed
(m.) Acting as a liaison between the IT department and other staff both during the implementation and after the activation, as required including rotation of on-call support duties
(n.) Providing activation support
(o.) Completing all assigned work plan tasks within the scheduled timeframe
(p.) Provide Training for Support Applications
(q.) Level II support as needed
(r.) Create test plan
4-Year College or University Degree
- Deep knowledge and experience with Allscripts Acute care products focused on Sunrise Clinical Manager.
- Implementation, workflow analysis and and build experience with Sunrise Clinical Manager
