The Emerge Program is a transitional housing program for homeless youth ages 18-24. Intensive services are provided to clients, living in scattered furnished apartments around Chicago, for up to 24 months. The program’s main goals is to help these youth successfully transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency and independence.
