The Challenge:
The Brunswick Group is actively seeking a Cloud ERP Sales Account Executive for our emerging Cloud ERP Solution Practice. The ERP Sales Account Executive will be responsible for managing and driving sales opportunities through prospecting, business development, account management, strategic selling, and enchantment of current business relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the creation, presentation and sales of a complete value proposition via the telephone, internet, webinar and customer meetings
  • Present Cloud ERP products in a compelling, positive, and professional way
  • Prospect, forecast, resource allocation, and plan for new business deal development
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sale as required
  • Thoroughly qualify all leads and sales opportunities
  • Advise customer on ROI using business drivers while presenting product sale
  • Sell business applications solutions and related services to prospective and new Enterprise accounts

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in business or related field with 7 to 10 years of experience in sales of software solutions to Enterprise accounts, including, but not limited to, Integrated eCommerce, CRM, and ERP software platforms
  • 2+ years of experience selling technology solutions, applications software, web-hosted products, or other financial, business, CRM or ERP solutions
  • Previous experience with CRM, ERP, financial or enterprise solutions
  • Experience building a pipeline—identifying and qualifying deals that have high potential for closing
  • Sales operation/company workflow (full pre-sale and post-sale processes) knowledge
  • Integrating/developing novel solutions drawn from third-party providers/partners
  • History of achieving/exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas. Must have experience in quota achievement in a comparable role to be considered
  • Able to create leads from individual prospecting efforts, leveraging contacts and existing accounts and partners such as Strategic SI's
  • Successful direct and new business sales experience required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external clients
  • Travel will be required for this position
