Co-Manager is responsible for selling floor leadership with the overall goal of customer satisfaction. He or she acts as second in command assisting the store manager in the overall running of an individual store. They need to be able to network and recruit, build a strong selling team internally, drive sales and control payroll and loss of merchandise.
Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the customer experience, training and development of the store staff, leading by example on the selling floor and maintaining the store standards on the selling floor and stock room. They need to be a leader in driving their personal sales.
Both roles need to be self motivated and have a have a strong desire to succeed.
