Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty rosters and cleaning standards.
Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication with customer’s and team members.
Contributes to store profitability
Follows cash handling procedures and cash register policies.
Contributes to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.
Takes responsibility to learn all aspects of the barista position
Takes initiative to learn and improve position.
Prepare drinks to ensure a maximum 3 minute turn-around per ticket
Maintain cleanliness in keeping with ServSafe guidelines
