Southern Wine & Spirits is looking to add a Collections Lead to our growing team at the National Call Center in Lakeland, FL. The position is for the following shift : 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
Responsibilities include dedicated support for the Collection departments/supervisors, as well as back-up assistance for various Collection duties, payment posting, and customer calls (as needed).
Answers incoming call center lines as well as direct calls.
Responds to requests/correspondence from customers and sales force.
Processes State listings and releases
Processes State COD authorization requests
Conducts team meetings.
Assists with training of agents.
Exhibits a strong sense of Leadership and mentoring/coaching for the agents.
Backs up Customer Care functions as needed.
Any other duties as assigned by management
High School Diploma/GED and 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proprietary record-keeping database.
