The Collections Rep II will be responsible for all aspects of the collection process, which is handled primarily by telephone and email. Responsible for initiating collection calls to delinquent customers to obtain payment. Manage assigned portfolio, working closely with service teams in coordinating the proper course of action. Assist in the write-off process for delinquent accounts. Become familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the collection field.
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years of collection experience
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary
- Problem solving skills
- 2+ years of collection experience
- Experience using Oracle system
