The Collections Representative is responsible for :
Managing the A/R portfolio and the aging associated with it.
Collections and working capital management.
Reducing the accounts receivable delinquency and DSO.
Dispute & deduction management.
Performing account reconciliations and resolve unapplied cash issues.
Creating manual invoices and conducting web billing on the customer's site.
Monitor aging utilizing reports in Excel.Report creation.
Maintaining policies & procedures – including SOX compliance.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education & Experience:
4-6 years of business to business collections or related experience
Prior invoicing, web billing & cash applications experience a plus
Associates degree a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build relationships with customers and internal business units
Ability to work independently
Work closely with management on special projects
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and SAP
