This intern position is a rare opportunity for an ambitious senior college student (or student in MS program) in EE or CS major to work with ARM design engineers and ARM marketing staff members. You will be exposed to the world’s most successful engineering teams and marketing teams.

Under the supervision of Memory Design Engineers you will do benchmark studies and ppa analysis. Perform PDK evaluation for the memory team which involves studying and documenting effect of transistor sizing, number of finger PVT effects, VT and stack effects etc. Analyze and compare, performance, leakage, WRM and ADM for various bitcells. Automate PDK analysis tasks to make it easy for future PDK churns

Job Requirements

Matriculating towards an MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with a GPA of 3.4 or better.

Completion of VLSI design courses

Previous project work in memory design
