INTERIOR DESIGN: interior design educator/tenure track. Teach undergraduate courses in the interior design program accredited by CIDA. Teaching areas are flexible and are determined based upon department need but may include both upper and lower division interior design courses, both lecture and studio based. Experience with current computer presentation software (CAD, CS6, or other) is desirable. Non-teaching responsibilities include advising students; assisting with departmental, college, and university activities; and participating in scholarly research and/or creative activities. Position may also include program coordinator duties. Master’s degree in interior design or related field required. Demonstrated teaching experience, professional practice experience, and NCIDQ preferred.
