Under the supervision, and reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Colocation Implementation
Management, this position will be responsible for implementation management and all aspects of both
internal and external customer installations activities.

Responsibilities:
• The Implementation Manager is responsible for all aspects of customer installations and deployments.
• Act as the Implementation Services Team focal point for project coordination, interfacing with Customers, Vendors, Finance and Sales on all aspects of service delivery
• Manage implementation projects and act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers during implementation process
• Create accurate and applicable work orders for provisioning resources to follow
• Provide direction to customer installation technicians related to scheduling and availability of facility and technicians and associated methods and procedures
• Review installation activity to assist in defining internal/external support requirements
• Track all collocation, circuit and equipment orders and assist with provisioning services
• Maintain database integrity for all new services and/or locations added to the network
• Interface with customers and Engineers to review technical requirements
• Respond to test and turn-up technical issues and provide assistance in resolution
• Manage multiple ongoing implementation projects for both internal and external projects
• Track and improve upon general methods, processes and deliverables for projects
• Manage implementation project resources
• Manage project timelines and customer’s expectations
• Clear or escalate pertinent issues
• Other responsibilities as may be assigned within the Service Delivery organization
Qualifications:
• 2 - 4 years of technical experience in voice & data networks
• Familiarity with AC/DC Power
• Familiarity with Interexchange Carrier (IXC) and Regional Bell Operating Company (RBOC) operational procedures
• Familiarity with CLEC's, CAP's, ILEC's
• Project Management Professional Certification (preferred)
• 2 years management experience in relation to small teams
• Experience in managing multiple ongoing projects
• Excellent documentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge/fluency in Spanish is required
• Knowledge/fluency in Portuguese would be ideal but not required
Education - 2 years college or equivalent combination of experience/training
Additional information: 10% travel, day shift
