SALES REPRESENTATIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Job Details:
The Business Development Lead Generator will be responsible for researching, developing, and closing new sales opportunities in existing and new markets/territories for commercial cleaning / custodial industry.

Desired Education / Experience:
  • 1 to 4 years of sales experience.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in developing sales and leads pipeline.
  • 4-year degree is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, both in state and out-of-state.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
  • Previous experience selling Janitorial supplies or services is preferred.

Ability to try new sales strategies and new marketing techniques in existing and unproven markets

Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment where follow-up and follow-through are essential

Ability to articulate well, both verbally and in writing

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail

Ability to coordinate create and maintain leads and marketing analysis reports for the Director of Business Development
