The Transaction Processing Representative processes transactions for relevant business processes in various systems and tracking tools. He/she demonstrates knowledge of processes and related systems in order to effectively perform their responsibilities. He/she solve problems by precedent and reference detailed instructions and procedural documents, escalating issues and seeking advice when faced with complex issues and problems.
Direct contact with the borrowers or their designated agents to ensure the requirements are met and the collateral is protected. Communication with various parties both verbally and in writing.
Responsible for various legal documents such as Mortgage/Deed of Trust, Promissory Note, Reserve Agreements, Escrow Agreements, Insurance Policies, Operating Statements, and Rent Rolls. Analysis is performed on these documents to track and reconcile non-compliance issues.
Assist offshore support team to perform these compliance functions. Effective communication and cooperative interaction with the offshore team is required.
Rectify non-compliance issues and report the status of the portfolio to the client. All communication will be tracked in various databases and reporting tools.
Complete multiple tasks simultaneously within designated timeframes.
1 year or more of financial services experience
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience with insurance or lending

Proficient on database, internet, spreadsheet and word processing software
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportion to practical situations
